What LeaseCheck is
LeaseCheck for Landlords is an educational lease-compliance screening tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. See our Legal Disclaimer for details.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own lease template review, or to help someone review theirs.
- Do not upload files you do not have the right to use.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
No guarantees
LeaseCheck highlights terms that may deserve a closer look and provides a recommended, corrected lease. It does not guarantee that it has found every issue, that any flagged item is or is not a problem, that the recommended lease is fully compliant in every circumstance, or any particular outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Payments
Paid checks are described at checkout, where pricing is shown before you pay. Refund and support terms are handled through support.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeaseCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including use of the recommended lease. Decisions about your lease are your own; for legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
